Girls entering kindergarten through their senior year and adults are invited to join Girl Scouts and kick off the fall with a new journey, discovering fun and friendship. Join an existing troop or start a new one.
With the help of supportive adults and troop leaders, Girl Scouts experience hands-on activities in subjects ranging from STEM and the outdoors to life skills and entrepreneurship, making Girl Scouts natural leaders in the classroom, at home and in their communities, representatives said. They are supported in an environment of inclusion and sisterhood, helping girls foster behaviors that improve their overall wellbeing.
As official members, those who join Girl Scouts will also be able to make the most of exclusive Girl Scout events and programming throughout the year.
To learn more about Girl Scouts, girls and their caregivers can attend a free sign-up event. Visit the interactive events map at gswpa.org to find a sign-up event near you. Staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions about local troops.
For more information about these events, volunteering with Girl Scouts or signing up your girl, contact Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania at (800) 248-3355 or visit gswpa.org/join.
