    Rate of new COVID-19 cases low in region

    There were 13 additional COVID-19 cases in the local region reported in Monday’s data, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

    McKean County had seven additional cases for 2,969 total cases — 2,245 confirmed, 724 probable and 9,457 negative tests. There have been 60 deaths.

    Elk County had two additional cases for a total of 2,260 cases — 1,210 confirmed, 1,050 probable and 5,342 negative tests. There have been 35 deaths.

    Potter County had three additional cases for 888 total cases — 793 confirmed cases and 95 probable cases, along with 3,048 negative tests. There have been 20 deaths.

    Cameron County had one additional case for 251 total cases — 170 confirmed, 81 probable and 919 negative tests. There have been seven deaths.

    Vaccine distribution data is as follows: McKean County had administered 1,746 first doses and 1,304 second doses; Elk County, 4,319 first, 1,588 second; Potter, 466 first, 354 second; Cameron, 751 first, 185 second.

    The cumulative COVID-19 cases in McKean County are as follows: Bradford, 958 confirmed, 159 probable; Lewis Run, 121 confirmed, 327 probable; Kane, 288 confirmed, 81 probable; Mount Jewett, 46 confirmed, 12 probable; Smethport, 285 confirmed, 39 probable; Port Allegany, 190 confirmed, 24 probable; Eldred, 129 confirmed, 25 probable; Rixford, 33 confirmed, 7 probable; Duke Center, 28 confirmed, 7 probable; Cyclone, 20 confirmed, 8 probable; Turtlepoint, 15 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Gifford, 15 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Rew, 24 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Derrick City, 15 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Ludlow, 9 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Crosby, 7 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable.

    The cases in Elk County are as follows: St. Marys, 543 confirmed, 454 probable; Ridgway, 268 confirmed, 173 probable; Johnsonburg, 125 confirmed, 79 probable; Kersey, 83 confirmed, 102 probable; Brockport, 45 confirmed, 31 probable; Sigel, 49 confirmed, 10 probable; Weedvikle, 65 confirmed, 39 probable; Wilcox, 33 confirmed, 33 probable; Byrnedale, 6 confirmed, 6 probable; Benezette, 7 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; James City, 1 to 4 each confirmed and probable.

    The cases in Potter County are as follows: Coudersport, 327 confirmed, 38 probable; Shinglehouse, 141 confirmed, 26 probable; Roulette, 52 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Austin, 63 confirmed, 22 probable; Galeton, 61 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Ulysses, 52 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Genesee, 59 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Harrison Valley, 27 confirmed, 5 probable; Cross Fork, 5 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Mills, 7 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable.

    The cases in Cameron County: Emporium, 149 confirmed, 69 probable; Driftwood, 7 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Sinnemahoning, 7 confirmed, 1 to 4.

    For hospital admissions due to COVID-19, McKean County had three patients, Elk County had two and Potter County had three.
