Toomey introduces bill allowing schools to offer whole milk to kids
WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., has introduced the Milk in Lunches for Kids (MILK) Act to allow schools to serve whole milk and two percent milk.
