BROOKVILLE — The Pennsylvania Great Outdoors Visitors Bureau has announced its new Outdoor Adventure Photo Contest will run through Aug. 31.

To enter, participants must complete the entry form and upload their photos at VisitPAGO.com/Contest. The only requirements are that the photo meet the contest theme and be taken in Jefferson, Elk, Clarion, Forest or Cameron Counties.

Finalists will be posted on VisitPAGO.com with the four entries with the most votes receiving the following: first place, $100; second place, $75; third place, $50; and fourth place, $25.

Online voting will take place in September.

“Summer is the time for outdoor fun and adventure,” said John Straitiff, executive director of the Pennsylvania Great Outdoors Visitors Bureau. “Our Outdoor Adventure photo contest is a great way for us to connect with visitors and to share the endless opportunities for outdoor adventures available in the region through their eyes.”

The Pennsylvania Great Outdoors Visitors Bureau is a membership-based travel promotion organization serving five counties in northwestern Pennsylvania: Jefferson, Elk, Clarion, Forest, and Cameron.
