A Bradford man is facing allegations he had indecent contact with a girl last month.
Roger Traster, 59, of 52 N. Center St., was arraigned Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone on two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, both third-degree felonies, court records stated.
Court records said two times on Jan. 26 Traster had a girl who was less than 13-years-old sit on his lap, and he would touch her under her shirt.
He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
Traster is already facing similar allegations in a separate case.
He was charged in December of 2016 on allegations he touched a girl under her clothes between 2009 and 2011. He was arraigned Dec. 1, 2016, on a dozen charges from the case and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday on the older case has been continued to April 12, when he will also appear for a preliminary hearing on the new case.
