CHANGE OF NAME NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that January 7, 2026, the Petition of John D. Bullock and Dawn M. Bullock was filed in the Court of Common Pleas Docket No. 005 of 2026 of Warren County, Pennsylvania, requesting the change of name of Tommie Ray Elliott Holton to Jason Delbert Bullock. An Amended Petition was thereafter filed. The court has set February 24, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Jackson Courtroom at the Warren County Courthouse, 204 Fourth Avenue, Warren, Pennsylvania 16365 as the day and time for hearing on the Petition. All interested parties may attend and show cause, if any, why the Petition shall not be granted.
