LEGAL NOTICE

The Coudersport Borough is seeking sealed bids for the following:

The installation of a total of 31 cameras at various Borough locations to include 6 cameras at the Borough administration building, 3 cameras at the CARP Park basketball and tennis courts, 3 cameras at the community pool, 5 cameras at Mitchell Park/ Library, 2 cameras at the East Water Plant, 2 cameras at North Water Plant, 2 cameras at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and 8 at the Borough Maintenance Facility/Shops. Additionally, the bid should include 2 laptops, 2 rugged laptops, 4 desktop computers, 6 monitors, an Android tablet, a speaker phone that is capable of conference calls with up to 15 people, a Smart Board and a laser printer.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the Borough office at 201 South West Street, Coudersport, PA 16915 by 3 pm on March 18, 2026. Sealed bids will be opened at the regular monthly borough council meeting on March 18, 2026 at 5:45 pm.
