LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Bradford Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday April 9th, 2026 at 5:00pm in City Council Chambers 3rd floor, 24 Kennedy St Bradford PA 16701

The purpose of the Zoning Hearing is to consider a request for an Area Variance to install 24 Feet of 6 Foot tall Vinyl Fencing along Left Side Property Line in the Required Side Yard where only 4 foot tall fencing is permitted Location: 203 Seaward Bradford PA 16701
