Liquidated Damages Apply. A 10% Penalty may apply if delivery is not made within 72 hours of phoned order.

Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.

The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bud, made payable to the Municipality.

The Municipality will reward the bids on a line item basis. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Municipality reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities.
