REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – CLEANING SERVICES

Cameron County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide routine and deep cleaning services for County facilities, including the Cameron County Courthouse and Emergency Management Agency building.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) for County Cleaning Services, which is available by contacting the Cameron County Chief Clerk’s Office at 814-486-9322 or on the County website at cameroncountypa.com.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Cameron County Chief Clerk’s Office, 20 E 5th St. Emporium, PA 15834 until Thursday, February 19, 2026, by 11:00 am, at which time proposals will be opened and reviewed.

Cameron County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
