LEGAL NOTICE

Proposals for Professional Engineering Services will be accepted by Otto Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania at 693 Main Street, Duke Center PA 16729 until 4:00 PM on March 1, 2026, for design and permitting services for the T-391 Berger Hollow bridge replacement and Brooklyn Street Bridge Rehabilitation projects. The municipality has received grant funding for both projects and require the services of an engineering firm for all activities required for replacement of the bridge. Interested firms should request a scope of work from the municipality and submit a statement of interest along with a proposal for completion of the required services. Proposals must be submitted to the municipality on or before 4:00 PM on March 1, 2026.

The municipalities selection committee will review the proposals and select the most qualified firm based on the proposals. Technical and price proposals will then be received from the selected firm and reviewed and approved by the selection committee prior to providing a notice to proceed.

This project is considered a “Small Project” and costs are subject to the limits as determined in the Grant.
