LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance No. 117, Proposing the DELEGATING THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION TO ACQUIRE ALL RIGHTSOF-WAY NECESSARY FOR THE VALLEY CROSS TRUSS BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROJECT. Ordinance for the Township of Keating, McKean County, Pennsylvania, shall be considered for adoption at a duly convened meeting to be held at the Keating Township Building on March 11th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time by the Board of Supervisors of Keating Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. A brief summary of the proposed Ordinance is as followed: WHEREAS, Keating Township and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, have coordinated through appropriate officials a project for the rehabilitation of the Valley Cross Truss Bridge on Township Road 385 (the “Project”) in Keating Township, McKean County. A full copy of the foregoing proposed Ordinance may be examined at the office of the Township located at 7160 Route 46, Smethport, PA 16749.
