LEGAL NOTICE – KEATING TOWNSHIP

Sealed Proposals will be received by Keating Township, 2nd Class Twp, McKean County, at 7160 Route 46, Smethport, PA 16749 (814-8878-9921) until 3:00 pm on April 8th, 2026. Approx 14,000 Gallons Asphalt Emulsion for Chip Seal (Spray Only). The emulsion shall be one of the following suitable for ship seal applications: CRS-2 asphalt emulsion, CRS-2P (polymer-modified) asphalt emulsion, HFMS-2ST+ asphalt emulsion approved equal rapid-setting emulsion. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals will be opened at the township meeting on April 8th, 2026 at 6 pm in the Keating Township Building.
