On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Bradford Area School District will receive bids for Asphalt Service Drive/ Concrete Walk Replacement for Bradford Area High School, 81 Interstate Parkway, Bradford, PA 16701. Bids will be received up to 1:30 P.M., to the attention of Amy Yohe, Director of Finance, Bradford Area School District, 150 Lorana Avenue, Bradford, PA 16701.
a Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Bradford Area High School Auditorium (entrance near the service drive), on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 1:00P.M.
It is the intent of the Owner to enter into a single Cntract for the work.
Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR (724-981-8820) will receive a link to the contract documents. No hard copied will be distributed from HHSDR and no deposit is required.
Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Bradford Area School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
