PITTSBURGH — Howard Hanna Real Estate Services welcomed James Kubasko to the organization as the Vice President and Regional Manager of the Central Pennsylvania Region. In this role, Kubasko will be responsible for opening, recruiting, training, and overseeing the general growth and operations of real estate sales offices throughout the region.

The Central Pennsylvania Region has been led by Jo Anne Freidly since 2015, and she will be continuing her career with Howard Hanna as the full-time manager of the Lancaster office. During Jo Anne’s tenure, the region has grown to more than eight offices closing over half a billion in sales volume per year.

Prior to joining Howard Hanna, Kubasko held various sales and leadership positions in companies across the region, including Coldwell Banker, NRT Realogy, and Long & Foster Real Estate. Kubasko studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, and holds many specialty designations in the field of Real Estate.
