Outdoors: Spring turkeys are totally unpredictable
Gobblers are totally unpredictable and I'm pretty sure they have no idea themselves what they're going to do next. In fact, my buddy Jim Acker and I start laughing when we come up with some crazy idea of actually outsmarting an elusive bird. If we happen to be right we know it's just dumb luck or an unlucky day for the gobbler. However, fate does smile on me occasionally, as this last day gobbler proves.
