Kierstin Taylor, a senior at Bradford Area High School, recently donated more than $900 to McKean County’s chapter of Wreaths Across America in honor of her late uncle, Sgt. 1st Class Andrew Taylor. She presented the check to Bradford American Legion Post 108 Commander Bob Witchen.
