The Laurel Mountain Volleyball League released its all-star teams on Tuesday, with three Bradford players earning large school honors and a number of local players named to the small school team.

Sophomore middle hitter Haley Keane earned first-team honors for the Lady Owls, while junior outside hitter Addison Carter was a second team selection, as was senior setter Lily Wells.

Bradford got off to a slow start in 2024 but had a surge in the second half of the season, winning seven of eight while making the District 9 Class 3A playoffs.

St. Marys, which competes in Class 2A, had Molly Hanslovan (setter, outside hitter) was a first team selection as well, while Mia Piccirillo was a second team selection.

Senior setter Haley Reed of D9 Class 3A champion DuBois was named league MVP, while DuBois coach Jason Gustafson was named Coach of the Year.

Three Elk County Catholic players got all-star nods in the small school division, with junior outside hitter Payton Newton and senior middle hitter Ashlynn Schutz named to the first team and outside hitter Mia Pistner the second team.

Kane outside hitter Arianna Greville and setter Matia Brown were named to the second team as well.

Brockway senior outside hitter Kalina Powell was named league MVP and her coach, Darren Morelli, was selected as Coach of the Year.
