Port Allegany Heart and Soul is a community-driven initiative aimed at uncovering the unique essence of Port Allegany and using it to shape a brighter future for the town. The initiative is focused on engaging residents, listening to their stories and working together to create a more vibrant and connected community by empowering residents to take an active role in determining the direction of their town’s development.
