PennDOT seeks comment on transportation, freight plans

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation on Tuesday announced the launch of a public comment period for the draft 2045 Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and Freight Movement Plan (FMP).
