EMPORIUM — Cameron County raced out to a 10-point lead, withstood a second-quarter St. Marys run and pulled away in the fourth to top the Flying Dutchmen, 38-23.
Caden Beldin scored a game-high 18 points for the Red Raiders (10-1), while Gavin Morton scored nine. Cameron County led its visitors 13-3 after the first quarter before that advantage was trimmed to 17-15 entering halftime.
However, the Red Raiders held St. Marys (4-2) to just four points apiece in each the third and fourth quarters to pull away.
The Dutch picked up 10 points from Holden Housler.

Elk County Catholic 41, Ridgway 31
ST. MARYS — Mark Kraus, Charlie Breindl and Mason McAllister accounted for all but two of Elk Catholic’s points during Friday’s home win against Ridgway.
The trio each finished in double figures with Kraus leading the way with 17. Breindl scored 12 and McAllister tallied 10.
The game was a tight one, with ECC leading the Elkers (1-3) by just three points heading into the fourth quarter, before the Crusaders (9-1) outscored them 19-12 in the fourth on their way to their ninth win of the season.
For Ridgway, Alex Bon scored a team-high eight points and Dom Allegretto finished behind him with seven points.

Austin 51, Northern Potter 31
ULYSSES — Jackson Glover scored his 1,000th point and led Austin with 18 points in a 20-point road victory over Northern Potter.
Glover hit the milestone by making his first free throw of the game, finishing the game with seven made field goals while going 2-of-5 from the line.
The game was tied at 10-10 after the first quarter, before Austin (3-4) broke the game open with a 19-7 second quarter run and 21-3 run in the third.
Skylar Crawford each finished in double figures for Austin, each finishing with 10 points.
Tre Slawson was Northern Potter’s (1-6) leading scorer with 16 points.
