LEWIS RUN — A Turtlepoint man is facing criminal charges for allegations that he threatened a neighbor last week.
Kenneth E. Baker, 59, is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor, court records stated.
According to Lewis Run-based state police, at 10:35 a.m. Jan. 13, troopers were dispatched to Plunkett Hollow in Annin Township for a report of a disturbance involving neighbors.
While troopers were at the scene investigating, Baker threatened the neighbor, police reported. He was taken into custody and transported to the state police barracks.
Baker was arraigned before District Judge Richard Luther and released on $10,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 25.
