ERIE — The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Hotel Holley, at 153 Main St. in Bradford, for alleged violations of the state liquor law.
According to the bureau, between Aug. 21, 2018, and May 16, 2019, smoking was permitted in a public place where smoking is prohibited; and the establishment failed to adhere to conditions of an agreement entered into with the board.
The charges will be taken before an administrative law judge.
