WARREN — The Struthers Library Theatre in Warren will be showing cult classics as part of its monthly film series, beginning with JAWS at 7:30 p.m. today.
The beautiful 904-seat theatre, built in 1883, has long been a unique venue for enjoying contemporary cinema and is thrilled to offer these time-tested masterpieces.
Some will remember seeing the film for the first time at the Library Theatre back in 1975 when it broke records to become the best selling movie of all time. Today, the experience of watching JAWS on the big screen is still as exciting, but for new reasons.
Following JAWS is the 1969 motorcycle fantasy Easy Rider starring Dennis Hopper, Peter Fonda, and Jack Nickelson in conjunction with Rally in the Valley starting Aug. 14.
