A Bradford man who was wanted on rape and burglary allegations was arrested in another county.
Foster Township Police reported on Facebook that Christopher R. Yohe, 28, was arrested by Somerset-based state police and will be brought back back to McKean County.
Somerset County is located in southern Pennsylvania, bordering on Maryland.
The charges stem from an alleged incident June 14 in Foster Township, the online case docket indicates.
According to the docket, Yohe is charged with rape by forcible compulsion and burglary, both first-degree felonies; sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault, both second-degree felonies; criminal trespassing, a third-degree felony; unlawful restraint, a first-degree misdemeanor; and indecent assault, a second-degree misdemeanor.
Charges were filed against Yohe on June 15, and the Foster Township Police Department went to Facebook on June 21 seeking information from the public on his whereabouts.
There was no indication as to when Yohe would be brought back to McKean County.
