A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail for allegedly kissing, groping and propositioning a former co-worker in February.
Jerry Michael Blum, 50, of 9 Belleview Avenue, is charged with indecent assault without consent and harassment.
According to court records, in June, Foster Township Police interviewed a female victim who said over a two-week period prior to Feb. 26, Blum, a co-worker at the time, had touched her, made lewd and suggestive comments to her, kissed her without her permission and licked the side of her neck from behind.
Blum was arraigned Friday before District Judge Rich Luther and remanded to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court July 5.
Blum is currently listed on the Pennsylvania Megan’s Law website from a 2001 New York conviction of rape in the third degree.
