Charges against a Kane man accused of possessing individually wrapped baggies of marijuana were bound to McKean County Court Monday at a preliminary hearing before District Judge David Engman.
Logan M. McGill, 26, is charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; six counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts each of possession of marijuana, DUI-controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors; and a summary charge of reckless driving, court records indicate.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reported at the time of his arrest that on March 23, Kane Borough Police stopped a vehicle McGill was driving after a Be-On-The-Lookout alert was issued for him. Police seized a large zip-close bag of marijuana, a large zip-close bag containing 16 bags of marijuana, a sandwich bag of marijuana, a pill container containing a controlled substance, a scale, a pipe and four plastic bags, she indicated.
McGill is free, having posted $25,000 bail.
