PITTSBURGH — Gas prices in Western Pennsylvania are up by almost a nickel this week to $2.973 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
Pennsylvania’s ($2.97) gas price average is trending to hit $3 potentially this week. It will likely be the only state in the Mid-Atlantic region to reach this mark, as most other states are still 11-cents or more cheaper.
The average price of unleaded self-serve gasoline in Bradford is $3.007; in Warren, $3.025; in Brookville, $2.980; in DuBois, $2.985; and in Erie, $2.966.
