Eldred man acquitted of receiving stolen property

An Eldred man was acquitted of a charge of receiving stolen property after a trial Nov. 15 in McKean County Court.

Todd S. Ladlee, 53, appeared for a one-day jury trial before Senior Judge William Morgan and was found not guilty of the single charge, court records indicate.

Attorney Dennis Luttenauer represented Ladlee, and Assistant District Attorney Jerry Grill prosecuted the case.
