SMETHPORT — All but one criminal charge in a case against a Smethport man were bound to McKean County Court on Monday before Magisterial District Judge William Todd.
Arthur Preston Vulgamore, 58, will now face at the county level the following charges: terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; indecent assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a summary charge; meanwhile, a second misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure was dismissed, according to court records.
Court records indicate the alleged incident occurred Sept. 5, 2016, in Keating Township.
Vulgamore remains free on $10,000 unsecured bail.
