COUDERSPORT — For more than 25 years, Cole Memorial Hospital home health, hospice and homemakers teams have provided care to Potter County and surrounding areas. During the past few years, their office was located beside the PA CareerLink building at 279 Route 6 West in Coudersport. It has recently moved to the Zito Media facility at 102-108 South Main St. in the borough.

Officials said the agencies’ staff of approximately 70 highly-skilled healthcare professionals and volunteers will remain the same and their telephone/fax numbers will not change. Most major health insurance plans will continue to be accepted including Medicare and Medicaid.
