A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for January for the Bradford man accused of inappropriately touching a child.

Roger Traster, 59, of 52 N. Center St., is charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, first-degree felonies; two counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a child under 13 and of a child under 16, all second-degree felonies; two counts of indecent assault of a person under 13, third-degree felonies; and two counts each of indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of a person under 16, second-degree misdemeanors.

A hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Dom Cercone.

Court records said between the years 2009 and 2011, when the victim was between the ages of 9 and 11, Traster touched her under her clothes.

Traster remains free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
