Azerbaijan holds parliamentary vote amid free speech limits

BAKU, Azerbaijan (AP) — Voters in the oil-rich Caspian Sea nation of Azerbaijan cast ballots Sunday in a parliamentary election that is expected to secure the ruling party's dominance.
