BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police have arrested two men charged with raping a 16-year-old girl at a Johns Hopkins University fraternity party.
Police said Wednesday that 20-year-old Chaz Haggins and 19-year-old Ethan Turner were arrested on charges of rape and sexual assault stemming from the alleged attack at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon party in early November. It’s unclear whether they have attorneys.
A university spokesman says Haggins and Turner are not members of the fraternity, nor are they students at Johns Hopkins.
Police said a 16-year-old girl reported that two men forced her to perform sex acts and then raped her at the party.
Hopkins has barred the fraternity from holding any activities.
The university has been under federal investigation for its handling of sexual assault complaints.

Previous versions of this story incorrectly reported when the fraternity party was held. It was held in early November, not Tuesday.
