STATEMENT OF WORK PUBLIC NOTICE

Area Transportation Authority of North Central PA (ATA) is seeking a general or roofing contractor to remove and dispose of approximately 60 SF of architectural shingles and replace with shingles or a standing seam metal roof (provide estimate for both roofing types) and re-seal 125 SF of EPDM rubber roofing. Contractor to demo and replace with new for the following items: facia, soffit, gutter, downspouts, soffit recessed lighting and snowguard, if applicable. The job is located at 37 Rutherford Run Road, Bradford, PA 16701.
