PUBLIC NOTICE

The Township of Sergeant, McKean County Pennsylvania hereby give notice that on July 1, 2026, its Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2 of 2026, a Resolution adopting a draft zoning ordinance as a pending zoning ordinance effective immediately and directing public notice.

A summary of the ordinance is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SERGEANT, A SECOND CLASS OF TOWNSHIP IN THE COUNTY OF MCKEAN COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, REGULATING SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AS A MATTER OF LAND USE AND ZONING.
