NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Allegany School District will conduct a special meeting on December 19, 2025 at 5;00 p.m. at the Port Allegany School District, 20 Oak Street, Port Allegany, PA 16743. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a Separation Agreement, appointing an Acting Superintendent, and appointing an Acting Principal, and any other legal business that may come before the Board.
