TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of the above Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County, Pennsylvania and to the Sheriff of McKean County, directed, there will be exposed to Public Sale in the McKean County Sheriff’s Office, 17013 Rt. 6, Smethport, Pennsylvania 16749, on December 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T. the following described real estate of which Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns and All persons, firms or associations claiming right, title or interest from or under Richard L. Burdick, deceased are owners or reputed owners of property located at 52 Dolly Brook Road, in the Township of Annin more fully described on the attached sheet.

The said Writ of Execution is issued on a judgment in the mortgage foreclosure action of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as owner Trustee of CFS15 Grantor Trust vs Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns and All persons, firms or associations claiming right, title or interest from or under Richard L. Burdick, deceased

At No. 62 C.D. 2026 in the amount of $107,777.52

Notice is given to all parties in interest and claimants that all claims against property must be filed at the Office of the Sheriff before sale date.

Claims to the proceeds must be made with the Office of the Sheriff before distribution.
