HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Otto Township Board of Supervisors, in accordance with the Second Class Township Code, will conduct a public hearing to have a discussion and provide an opportunity for public comment and input concerning an Ordinance of the Township of Otto, McKean County, PA, to amend a portion of Ordinance No. 68 of 2008 of the Motor Vehicles and Traffic Code and, specifically, Section 15-402 of said Code to prohibit parking on a portion of Grant Street in the Township. The hearing on the proposed amendment before the Supervisors will be held during the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on November 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Otto Township offices,

695 Main Street, Duke Center, Pennsylvania 16729. Following the conclusion of the hearing, or the subsequent meeting of the Board of Supervisors, a vote on the proposed amendment will be taken. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained at the Township Offices. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance has also been provided to the McKean County Law Library.
