NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF BRADFORD

HOME PROGRAM

The City of Bradford intends to apply to the PA Department of

Community and Economic Development (DCED) for a

$425,000 federal HOME Program grant for low and low/

moderate income owner-occupied housing rehabilitation in the

City of Bradford. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday,

August 25, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City

Hall, 24 Kennedy Street, Bradford, PA 16701 to provide

interested citizens an opportunity to comment on the

application. Special accommodations will be extended to

persons with disabilities and limited English proficiency.
