Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 24 Kennedy Street, Bradford, PA 16701. The purpose of the public hearing is to afford citizens an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed activities to be undertaken by the City of Bradford with $307,201 in FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City of Bradford proposes to use its CDBG funds for the following activities:

• Callahan Park Recreation Improvements Phase 3

• West Washington Street Corridor Improvements

City Council will consider the approval of the application at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 14, 2025. The proposed application will be available for available for inspection on October 1, 2025. Written comments will be accepted until October 10, 2025 and may be sent to the OECD, PO Box 490, Bradford, PA 16701 or by e-mail to kcostellopecht@

bradfordpa.org. No persons will be displaced from the activities planned under the City’s 2025 CDBG Program. The activities will benefit 56.1% low to low/moderate income persons.
