NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of June, 2026, Nicholas James Ihnatenko filed a Petition for Change of Name on behalf of himself, with the Court of Common Pleas of Potter County, Pennsylvania, to change his name to Nicholas James Copple. A hearing on said Petition is scheduled for the 4th day of August, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of Potter County, Coudersport, Pennsylvania. (This replaces the previously-scheduled July 30, 2026 Hearing.) Any person or entity which has a lawful objection to the proposed change of name may appear at the hearing and show just cause why the Petition should not be granted.
