Sealed proposals will be accepted by LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, McKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania, at 4859 Rte. 155, PORT ALLEGANY, PA. 16743 until 8:30 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2026 for the following:

500 tons, more or less, of 6s Anti-skid (A52) Penndot

400 tons, more or less, sand and salt (4/1 machine mix)

500 tons of Pa2a. more or less

250 tons, more or less, of DSA

12,000 gallons of diesel fuel $1

winterized

All bids will be awarded on a line by line basis. All bids must be in on time.

All quantities are more or less. All aggregate bids are to be F.O.B. and/or delivered to the township shed upon request.

Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Liberty Township Supervisors on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 8:30 AM. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid and made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
