LEGAL NOTICE

Workforce Solutions for North Central Pennsylvania is currently seeking proposals from qualitied entities to operate and manage the PA CareerLink® Mobile Unit serving Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter counties. The selected provider will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and delivering workforce development services through the PA CareerLink® Mobile Unit in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Services will support both job seekers and employers, including basic career services, individualized career services, outreach, and coordination with PA CareerLink® partners throughout the North Central Workforce Development Area. Proposals are due by 3:00PM on Friday, February 27, 2026.
