Workforce Solutions for North Central Pennsylvania is currently seeking quotes from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a Regional Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Workforce Study. Specifically, quotes are being sought from organizations with experience in workforce development analysis, emergency services planning, or public safety systems evaluation. Quotes are due by 3:00PM on Friday, January 9, 2026.
