LEGAL NOTICE

The Port Allegany Borough Council intends to take action on Ordinance 495, delegating the Secretary of Transportation to acquire all rights-of-way necessary for the Arnold Avenue Bridge replacement project.

The Port Allegany Borough Council also intends to take action on Ordinance 496, which amends Ordinance 455 to repeal the hours of the operation for ATVS on Borough streets. The Ordinance also establishes the speed limit for ATVs as the posted speed limit.

Action will be taken at the August 4, 2025 Regularly Scheduled Meeting which will be held in the Borough Council Chambers at 45 W. Maple St., Port Allegany, PA 16743 at 6:30 pm. A full text of the Ordinance is available at the Port Allegany Borough Office or the County Law Library.
