McKean County Housing Authority (hereinafter referred to as “MCHA” is soliciting a sealed bid from qualified vendors, contractors/companies (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder or Firm, or Contractor”) for the purchase and installation of tenant station intercom system with door release as specified in this solicitation. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM Smethport, Pennsylvania local time on June 16, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted nor opened.

Bidders are required to submit sealed bids. The bidder’s bid should be prepared simply and economically and should provide all information it considers pertinent to its qualifications for Invitation for Bids Qualifications contained herein. Emphasis should be placed on completeness of services offered and clarity of content.

The bid must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Monday, June 16, 2025. All sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to the following mailing address:
