LEGAL NOTICE

The Kane Area School District Board of Directors will receive sealed

bids for the 2025 purchase of new High School Cafeteria Tables for the Kane Area High School located on Route 321 Kane, Pa. 16735.

Bids will be received up to 1:30 p.m. on August 1st, 2025.

Specifications, contract terms and other essential information may be obtained on the KASD web site (www.kasd.net) or by calling KASD

Facilities Manager Todd Fitch at (814) 837-9570 x 1221 or by email at

tfitch@kasd.net. Bids received after the aforementioned deadline

will not be accepted. The Kane Area School District reserves the right

to reject any/or all bids. All bids will be opened publicly on the date/time listed within the Specification Package at the KASD Central Administration Office, 400 W. Hemlock Ave. Kane, Pa. 16735.
