The City of Bradford Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers located at 24 Kennedy St Bradford PA, 3rd Floor.

The purpose of the Zoning Hearing is to consider a request for a Use by Special Exception to allow for construction of four 2nd story apartment to be utilized as short term Airbnb rentals, first floor will remain as commercial usage.
