The City of Bradford Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 5pm in the City Council Chambers, 24 Kennedy St., Bradford, PA.

The purpose of the this hearing is to consider a request to convert a portion of the existing Commercial Structure into habitable first floor living space. (Mixed Use Occupancy)
